In this great adventure, you will find a path that will challenge you beyond your normal limits. There are 30 km of distance between the two towns, but the ascent is difficult. It starts from a path on the eastern side of the Andes mountain range, near the municipality called: "Carmen del Chucuri", at 690 meters above sea level. In order to cross the mounain without worries and enjoy nature, we will camp in the highest area of the trail, the "Alto Del Picacho" known for its challenging arrival at the place and its impressive view of the Magdalena River and the Andes Mountains.
On day 2, we will get up, have breakfast and continue our way until we reach the other side of the mountain range, where the town of Galan is located, our final destination. During this hike, hopefully we will be able to observe the magnificent and protected Spectacled Bear and other species that will make this experience unforgettable.
