• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• You must be able to swim on your own if you choose to get in the river.
• Hotel pickup is available from most located barichara hotels.
• People with  serious medical problems are not allowed.

• You should wear comfortable clothing, sunblock, sunglasses and hiking shoes.

* We know that there will be times when you have to cancel an experience for many different reasons. We have no problem with that as long as you let us know in time.

* If the client makes the reservation more than a month in advance, but for some fortuitous situation needs to cancel the reservation, we will refund 100% of the money given, if and only if the cancellation is made within the first 72 hours of the reservation. 

* If the client makes the reservation more than a month in advance, but the cancellation is made after the first 72 hours of purchase, the client will receive a coupon valid for the value of the guiding services of the canceled experience, and it can only be used at a future date, with the same kind of tourist experience. The agency will give you the available dates on which you can use the coupon.

* If the client makes a reservation less than a month before the beginning of the tourist experience, and for some reason decides to cancel the reservation, for reasons of greater urgency, the agency will NOT make a 100% refund. Only a coupon with free guide services will be given, for the value of the guide services for a future date, of the same tourist experience. *BE CAREFUL" in order for the customer to receive a coupon, they MUST call or text WITHIN 72 hours of purchase.
