The hike begins on the high part of the town of Barichara, with an amazing view of the Andes Mountains and the  Suarez Canyon. We will cross the "MONCORA" Bio-park, an amazing park created to re-forest the mountain with more than 100 species of trees, some of them are endemic.
 Then, we will take an ancient trail which was used to connect with one of the Royal Roads or lengerke roads of the region. After a couple of kms, we will arrive on a road that will lead us to the farm where the Indian pictograms are painted. There, we will enjoy the refreshing wind, a snack and take the view of these magic paintings while  trying to understand their meaning.
We will continue our hike to the house of Bernardita, the Daughter of Ms. Felicia, (the last dscendant of the Guane Indians). There, her daughter and grand-daughter who very proudly still keep some of their descendant's traditions, like the making of the "Chicha" the Indian wine and the pottery tradition, will show us and teach us how the Guane Indians used to make pottery that was used for many different rituals like marriage ceremonies and burial ceremonies.
 
We'll continue our hike to a rural shopping store, where we will enjoy some refreshing beverages, local snacks and take part in a cool game called "bolo criollo", which we could translate to "rural" or "native" Bowling. After learning so much from this culture, we will continue hiking to the town of Guane using a small portion of the net of ancient roads. To end the experience, we will enter the Anthropological and paleontological museum of Guane, where we will see an Indian mummy and some ancient art craft.
